This International Labor Day, we reflect on the progress made and the work still ahead to ensure every worker in King County can thrive.

Throughout 2025, despite a landscape marked by uncertainty, we were able to achieve something very meaningful: hope.  Alongside our partners, we came together in King County for a shared purpose – creating opportunities for a more resilient workforce. As we look ahead to the new year, we remain dedicated to building a more community-centered and coordinated workforce system rooted in inclusion, where all people across Puget Sound can share in its prosperity.

Join us in celebrating Digital Inclusion Week (DIW), a nationwide event dedicated to advancing digital equity and inclusion. This year’s theme, “Community-Driven Digital Futures,” highlights how the most effective solutions to bridging the digital divide are born from within communities themselves.
