Sustainability in the Building Trades
A Curriculum for Green Building Concepts and Practices
In 2010, the WDC's Green Building Skills Panel developed Sustainability in the Building and Construction Trades, a curriculum to give construction apprentices foundational knowledge of green-building concepts and practices.
In addition to being used statewide on DVD by training providers, the national Building and Construction Trades Department, AFL-CIO, incorporated the video in its Multi-Craft Core curriculum for pre-apprenticeship education nationwide.
